Marketing promotion has changed dramatically in terms of method and content. Customers share of voice plays a more important role than the famous celebrity who get paid to say good words about the brand. However this business model is under challenge recently due to the fact that the customers’ feedback towards an App, or a restaurant can be faked or manipulated to a large extent that almost ruin the value of sharing of voice model in the marketing system.
